RESEARCH
Plasma irradiation allows us to enhance geminations, increase crop yields, alters hormone balance of ABA/GA and DNA methylation.
Plasma provides N-fertilizer through chemical reactions. Our approach is to control pressure surrounding plasma followed by electron temperature control.
Plasma enables us to built a diamond-like carbon (DLC) film with nanoparticle composites at low temperatures processes for semiconductor industry.
